What date do I have to order for Christmas delivery?

Next-Day Prebuilds: Wednesday, December 21st

I ordered before the Christmas delivery cut-off; how do I know my PC will still arrive in time?

We have considered the dates very carefully and discussed this in detail with our couriers, to make sure any system bought before December the 12th will arrive with you in time for opening it on Christmas day.

All orders placed after November 1st will be eligible for our extended festive return period, meaning if something goes wrong, you can return it for a refund up to January 31st 2024.

The order I have placed includes a pre-order item, is it still guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas?

If your order contains a pre-order item, our usual build times don’t apply; however, if you enquire with our sales team, they can confirm the due date and make any required changes to ensure it goes out on time!

I have ordered the wrong system; what can I do?

All orders placed after November 1st will be eligible for our extended festive return period, meaning if you don’t like it or need to change, you can request this up to January 31st.

I am buying a system as a Christmas present is there anything I should do when I receive it?

We recommend opening and inspecting every purchase upon receipt, checking for any damage and ensuring it powers on correctly. Any issues should be reported to us within 48 hours; this will help prevent any problems on Christmas Day!

My system has arrived damaged; how long do I have to report it?

There are some rare cases where a product is damaged in transit; if this happens, it should be reported within 48 business hours.

My order has arrived, and something is missing; what should I do?

If you believe an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us via phone or email within 48 business hours to begin an investigation.

My system has developed a fault; how long do I have to return it?

All orders placed after November 1st will be eligible for our extended festive return period, meaning if something goes wrong, you can return it for a refund up to January 21st 2024.
