We ship products across the UK and Europe (other worldwide deliveries are subject to request), with FREE standard delivery to UK mainland.
As part of our commitment to provide the highest levels of service we use DPD, DHL and The Pallet Network as our primary couriers, the UK's leading parcel delivery brands, to ensure your packages are delivered safely, quickly and with greatest care.

Custom Built Orders
We aim to dispatch all custom built orders within 7 - 14 Days after being placed. This takes into account payment processing, order processing, custom building and quality testing of your system. However, we will keep you updated at each stage of the process via our online tracker and frequent email updates.
Please note: custom build times may vary during busy periods. However, you will receive an estimated shipping date at the point of purchase. For orders with pre-order items your estimated delivery date will be subject to change.
Next-Day Orders
Order by 2pm Monday - Friday to guarantee next working day delivery. To guarantee weekend deliveries please place your order by 2pm Friday and ensure a weekend delivery option is selected.
Please note: Occasionally, some of our Next Day systems may be listed as Pre-Order. This is likely to be due to stock shortage and will be highlighted in the description of the system. If a Next Day PC is listed as pre-order, we will not deliver it to you the following day, but we will advise you on the estimated dispatch.

When will I know my order has been shipped?
When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email & SMS, this will include your tracking number and a link to our chosen courier tracking portal.
When shipped, how quickly will my order arrive?
For UK Mainland once your order is shipped, it is estimated that your computer will be with you the next working day (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Orders placed with a Saturday delivery service will be dispatched on a Friday for delivery the following day.
Please note: Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and ROI will take longer, depending on the accessibility of your delivery location are generally 2 working days.
International orders will usually arrive within 3-5 working days. This will be location dependent but our chosen courier will keep you informed.
What time will my computer arrive (UK Orders)?
Your order will be dispatched on a next working day delivery service and therefore it may come at any time between 9:00 - 6:00 pm (unless you have chosen a 10am, 12pm or Weekend delivery slot).
If you have provided us with a mobile contact number then DPD will also provide you a one-hour delivery slot so you know exactly when it will arrive.
What happens if I miss the courier?
Should there be nobody available at your premises to accept delivery of your order DPD will leave a calling card with instructions for you to re-arrange.
What are your office opening times?
Our opening hours are 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday (Excluding weekends & bank holidays).
How can I get my tracking information?
You can track your order on our website from Purchasing to Shipping, once the order has been shipped your online tracker will also be updated with the DPD tracking number and a link to the tracking portal.
