Have a Personal Message
Your personalised message will be engraved centrally and beneath any images you have chosen. You can use up to 35 letters (including spaces) which will appear on your chassis' side panel window.
Personal Design
When you purchase your system and choose to engrave, we will follow up with an email with all your options explained. To have your own design engraved on your rig, we ask that you reply to the email with a file in .PDF, .BMP, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, or .GIF format. We recommend your image be at least 1000 x 1000 pixels in size. After sending us your design, a customer support representative will contact you if further information is needed.
Important
Engravings are BLACK and WHITE only. Engravings are permanent and nonrefundable and only available to PCs customised on www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk. Before submitting your finalised order, please ensure all details and designs are correct.
Return Policy
Systems with case engraving can be returned as per our usual returns policy. However, there will be a deduction for the personalised engraving. See our full returns policy for more.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation request is made for an order where customisation has already begun, due to the custom nature of the products being purchased, a cancellation fee up to the cost of the customised item may be deducted from the total refund amount.
